MentorShop has developed a full service programme capability to enhance the leadership skills and employability of young people.

Tomorrow’s Leaders is a tested international student placement program offering the highest standard of undergraduate and postgraduate placements with international blue chip organisations.

Reflecting our commitment to education, MentorShop also provides services to individual institutes of higher learning to facilitate alumni development, international undergraduate recruitment, student and staff exchanges and organisational development.

Placements are normally of six to eight week duration and programmes are typically sponsored by an appropriate regional or national development agency. To date our programs have identified and supported summer internships across the following disciplines:


  • Life sciences
  • IT
  • Financial services
  • Engineering
  • Legal & Professional Services
  • Architecture and design
  • Music and the arts

Students from Europe have been placed across the US and we are currently extending the programme into other regions.
